The General public is hereby informed that Ambition Colonisers Pvt. Ltd. & SKG Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. were granted License no. 15 of 2019 dated 11.02.2019 by DTCP Haryana for setting up of Affordable Residential Plotted Colony over a land area of 7.5 Acres in the revenue Estate of Village Maheshwari, Sector-22, Dharuhera, District Rewari, Haryana. The Site layout plan earlier approved at the time of grant of abovesaid license are now proposed to be revised for a partial area. As per rules laid down by the O/o DGTCP Haryana, objection are invited from the allottees of the said colony which can be filed at the office of DTP Rewari within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice. A copy of the earlier approved layout plan & revised layout plan (approved in-principle) showing changes in the earlier approved plan, is available for perusal of all existing allottees at the site office and here. Date: 09-02-2023
